Lost Featured Images on WP Upgrade

I'm running the WP Omnicron theme.
My site auto-updated wordpress to the newest version (3.9.2) two days ago, and since then all featured images are blank, including in the admin post editor.
I can remove the featured image, and then choose a new one, hit 'set featured image', and it just comes up blank, and nothing on the front end.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? All other plugins are up to date.
