WP Gantry and woocommerce

Currently trying to set up woocommerce on a new site using Gantry framework.
But just hit a bit of a problem - I'm using an attributes filter so I can narrow down the product by brand etc...
But for some reason the filter doesn't work.
Seems to work ok when I use any other themes - just grantry where the problem seems to be...
I have no ther plugins installed - just gantry and woocommerce.
On any of the default wordpress themes and one of the woo themes - the filter works fine.
But as soon as i switch to gantry it doesn't seem to do anything.
Anyone have any ideas what would be stopping / conflicting with it?

I still can't see why this isn't working
Might just have to use another theme - which is a shame as I prefer gantry but could really do with getting the filters working.
Presume no-one knows what in gantry would be stopping this ?

- That Filter by is that Woocommerce standard widget or custom?

Its just the standard WooCommerce layered nav widget
As I say - seems to work fine on the standard themes and their shopfront theme obviously - just refuses to do anything when i use the gantry theme - looks like it tries to reload the page with only the selected filter - but just shows everything again?

- I will let the Dev know about this maybe we can make some kind of a compatibility fix cant promise anything! Whats the Widget name?

Its just the WooCommerce Layered Nav
Just part of the standard install of woocommerce - no special plugins added or anything.
Also just updated it to the latest version of woocommerce and still no better...
