Gantry 5 - Particle Grid Statistic - Values by URL

Dear all,
I wonder if it is possible to hand over a variable for the Grid Statistic Value with an URL like /something.php?other=3.
I want to hand over some percentages which are calculated by a php file.

You can override particles by following this process

I would make a php Class that you can use in Gantry 5 in your particle override http://docs.gantry.org/gantry5/advanced/php-functions .
