General Q: Is it possible to insert a particle to another particle's twig?

I want to add a custom particle to another particle, is it possible to do this by editting twig file?
For example, if I want to add a custom particle displaying online user counter inside the build-in logo particle, disregarding its weirdness, how should I do it?

No, that's not possible.
