Hostgator.com restricted my website due to gantryxml.class.php

I am using Maelstrom template on Joomla 1.5.22 build.
I have been using gantry ver. 3.1.6 since many years now and it has been running fine. But suddenly Hostgator has detected that gantryxml.class.php has some 'security-compromosing' content and thus, they want me to remove the same from the website.
Can someone please tell me whats going on?
I will copy paste the code of the file for your quick look and advise.
I fear that removing Gantry altogether may hamper the website and disrupt its look and feel.

The file itself is very old mar 04, 2011 time stamp, but still they are fearing it contains some compromising content / Malware.
Please suggest if I can remove the file from /public_html/components/com_gantry/core/utilities/gantryxml.class.php
Will removing this file cause much farm to the website?
I want to attach the php file for your consideration.
how do i attach the php file here?

Can I ask, if possible, why you are still using Joomla 1.5? For security reasons, why don't you update your Joomla to the latest version and use gantry 4 (if you don't want to use Gantry5) I do believe hostgator will be fine with your Maelstrom template and the latest version of Joomla and Gantry 4!
I was able to do update a client Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 3.5 recently and still kept his using his template without a hitch and I recommend you do the same for security sake and from sleepless nights and taking pills! - A Web Design, SEO and Marketing Company
