WP Gantry not saving my Widgets when i logout of wordpress

- I have been trying to get the gantry to save my widgets but everytime i log off and check it the widget doesnt show. Need Help plzzz!

Please be more specific... is it a particular Override? Default Settings? What Widget(s)? What happens when you click the blue Save button at the bottom of the Widget? Is it the Widget settings or the Widget positioning that's not saved?
What Theme? Gantry 4 or 5? - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

Hydrogen wont show roksprocket widget..PLZZ HELP!
I have been trying for 2 days and it wont work. I put rocksprocket in the widget position, it only shows up while im logged into wordpress as soon as i logout and try to look its gone. its on the Rates page of my site. Make sure your PHP Handler has access to your webspace... your PHP Handler needs to be in the same owner/group as your webroot... Ask your host if you need help... Gantry 5 writes all of it's settings to the theme/custom/config/ folder and if it can't access that it can't save settings...

- Im having issues with Gantry 5 theme hydrogen in general the only page that constantly works with no problems is the home page.

I can't help with "general" issues... please be specific... is RokSprocket the only widget that's not saving? But it'll save/work on your Homepage?
What version of PHP are you running? How much PHP memory is set? 128M minimum... google PHP Memory Tester and make sure you're actually getting the full 128M+ that's set - SEARCH the forum first! - Thanks man for continuing to help me! I tested it a few more times and it seems to be the ~widget position - rocsprocket~ which won't save correctly. Like i said, when im logged in everything shows and is working fine, as soon as I logout and reload the page its gone, and it shows some default i dont even use that says powered by gantry.

Base Outline? Home/Front Page Outline?
The Widget Position Particle will simply create a dynamic WordPress Position that can be used from the normal Widgets screen.
Which part isn't saving... is the Particle dissapearing from your Gantry 5 Layout Manager?Is the Key value within the Particle getting reset/blanking? Is the WordPress Position under Appearance > Widgets disappearing or is it the RokSprocket Widget itself, within the the WordPress Position that's disappearing?

- Its the Rates Outline(Custom) I assigned it to the rates page. I put the particle on the Layout page then went to wordpress widgets and placed Roksprocket in the widget position. Everything is there it doesn't move from its position on wordpress or the theme everything looks right while editing. But as soon as I logout and try to see the Rates page(as If i was a client) its acts like it cant read what I have done so far.
