Remove Inline CSS for SEO Purposes (Menu Items)

Hello,
I've run an SEO checkup on my site and I would like to remove inline CSS from my menu items. Here is the printout:
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.
How would I go about doing this?

- If you remove those the whole menu will be broken, why is this not good for SEO?
- Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

- I'm on SEOsitecheckup and it states the site should not use inlinde CSS. The top site ranked above us has no inline CSS.
