Won't Switch to RTL

Installed is Joomla 1.5.18 Gantry 3.0 RTL Site at
af.fethullahgulen.com
.
Default language pack at backend is FA-AF (Dari RTL language) and RTL support is on but site is not switching to RTL. It is the case for ar-DZ (Arabic language pack)
Default language still shows EN-GB.
Before that I was having 1.5.17 Reaction on Gantry 2.5 and having no problem with RTL. It was successfully switching to RTL mode.
Is there something wrong with 3.0 or am I missing something? - Last Edit: 14 years 5 months ago by Seniha Meliha.

not sure, we tested rtl successfully in gantry 3.x prior to the somaxiom release.
can you just double check the language file itself?
for example ../language/ar-DZ/ar-DZ.xml
you will findin there for ltr languages<rtl>0</rtl>
andfor rtl languages.<rtl>1</rtl>

I have tried it with a clean RT Launcher and it worked fine.
I have to find what is preventing it from switching.

The problem is with the following Joomfish SYSTEM plugins:
1- System - Jfrouter
2- System - Jfdatabase
When enabled RTL site is turning to LTR.

i have the same issue. when i disable the:
1- System - Jfrouter
2- System - Jfdatabase
rtl start working again............

hi again,
this is strange.
i just did some local testing on a juxta 1.5.2 rocketlauncher install running (not latest) gantry 3.0.2.
i am using fa-IR language pack there, english is default, and farsi is the 2md language and activated in the joomfish settings under > languages
when switching between languages with the joomfish language selector the template switched from rtl to ltr and vice versa just fine, both joomfish system plugins are enabled.
which rtl language are you using exactly on your sites?

maybe we can find out if this is a problem with the language pack itself.
i attach 2 zip files for you to upload to your own sites via ftp.
fa-IR site.zip > please extract and upload to ..(root)../language
fa-IR admin.zip > please extract and upload to ..(root)../administrator/language
please test and let me know if you have the same issues with those as well.

i test it on few other lag FR, RU, HE and i have the same issue, to confirm all work fine before i install Joomfish the issue start after installation of Joomfish.and when i disable the :
1- System - Jfrouter
2- System - Jfdatabase
all work fine.

which version of joomfish, joomla, the template and gantry do you use?
could you attach 2 screenshots that show the configuration of your 2 joomfish plugins?
might just be a certain setting that is causing the issue.
