  when you type a new reply, please click "preview", not "submit".
  then you should find more options below this text field, one of them is to upload attachments.

  Problem is with the plugins (1- System - Jfrouter 2- System - Jfdatabase) not with the language packs.

  as i mentioned before i do NOT have any issues with rtl and both those plugins being ENABLED.

  J 1.5.15
  PHP 5.2.13
  Gantry 3.0.4
  
  I edited the en-GB.xml and changed <rtl> to 1
  
  Things changed as expected, but the logo and and navigation disappear.

  I don't really need JoomFish, as this domain will be specific to Hebrew, and most of the site is being authored in English, then manually translated.
