    Sidebar Displays Over Mainbody

    • Please help. My sidebar will not properly display. :shock:

      I have tried 2-8-2, 3-6-3, and sidebar-b is not on the right, but hovers directly over the mainbody. I even tried 4 positions, and assigned to sidebar-c, but still, the modules display over the mainbody.

      Specs: Using Zephyr template 1.5.1, Gantry V3.14, Checks all are OK. PHP5

      UPDATE :cry: : With noone answering, I am changing the template... But did not uninstall, in case someone has a solution.

      when i visit your site under
      desiletstechnical.com/clients/shoshone/?template=rt_zephyr_j15
      then i do not see a module in the sidebar.

      if you like publish it again or send me your super admin details via pm to take a closer look.

      thank you for the details.

      i am not sure why this happens, to troubleshoot further you could create a copy of that site with akeeba backup, then uninstall the template and reinstall the latest, to see if that changes anything. you could also update gantry on the test site.

      sorry i dont have a remedy just yet. :cry:

      The template.css file has been modified. Using winmerge to compare the files revealed this discrepancy.

      Yours:
      /* Main Body */
#rt-body-surround {margin: 15px 15px 0 15px;}
      Ours:
      /* Main Body */
#rt-body-surround {margin: 0 -15px;}
      change it back to ours.

      You solved!

      I frequently adjust the CSS. But now I know with Gantry, don't mess with the widths unless you adjust Gantry settings per your Gantry documentation.
