Tachyon Gantry Sidebar Issue

Hello,
I am using the new Tachyon template and having serious problems getting the sidebars published on the left side of the main content.
My settings show: sa -> mb -> sb (See attachment)
On the live site, they appear as mb -> sa -> sb
I've watched the Gantry video, read the documentation, and searched the forums to no avail. I'm sure this is something simple. Please help.

Probably you have a per-menu-item-configuration active. delete or change that ...

- The menu settings are identical to the global settings. I was excited because I thought that might solve the issue. Any other suggestions?

- Running into a similar problem with Gantry. All of my subpages are laid out as 8 | 4 and look great. My homepage, which is also laid out as 8 | 4, does not match the others. For some reason it is forcing a 9 | 3. I checked the Menu Items and they are also showing as 8 | 4.
