SOLVED Gantry —File Permissions List — User & Group

Hi,
While hardening an up to date installation of Joomla with Syndicate/Gantry I found the following issue while accessing Extensions > Template Manager > rt_syndicate_j15.
The Gantry Template GUI was inaccessible. See attached screenshot.
Here is what I was trying to do.
I set all file permissions to 644 and folder permissions to 755.
I made the web/domain user the "owner" and the "group" psacln.
This is a dedicated server at Rackspace. My support engineer indicated that some of the gantry files must need 664 permissions.
We arrived at this conclusion after we chowned all files from 644 to 664 -- after doing this we were able to access Extensions > Template Manager > rt_syndicate_j15.
Setting the "params.ini" file along to 644 is not enough -- the GUI still breaks.
I don't want all files set to 664.
Does any have a list or know which Gantry files need to have more open permissions such as 664?
Any help is appreciated.
