Template Manager won't work

- I'm using Mercado Joomla Template and it works perfect. Except that I can't open the Template Manager. I'm using Joomla 1.5. When I scroll down it shows this:

- Thank you for the link. However it didn't work yet. Everytime I want to update my Gantry in the Install/Uninstall option it won't work.
  
  I'm using version 3.1.14 of Gantry. Hope someone can help me.

  When I download the "gantry_joomla_framework-3.1.18.zip" and upload it in the Administrator it keeps saying "Warning! Failed to move file."

- if you go to help > system info > directory permissions are they all Green and writable?

- hi there,
  
  those need to be all writable in order for joomla to function properly.
  please use your ftp program or get 'admin tools' from the akeeba developers to correct the permissions issue.

- Thank you very much! It works! I can now open de Template manager. I'm using Mercado so I was hoping to only change the blue colour to a red colour. Does anyone know how this works?
