gantryformfieldaccessor.php error in profile edit form

- After installing Gantry 4.1.2 with the syndicate template (latest version) I get the following error in the front-end when accessing the profile edit form.
  Warning: SimpleXMLElement::addAttribute() [simplexmlelement.addattribute]: Attribute already exists in /home/mydomain/public_html/mydomin.com/libraries/gantry/core/utilities/gantryjformfieldaccessor.class.php on line 37
  
  Is anyone else having this problem?

- hi again,
  
  i can replicate this problem and will report it to our developers.
  until we have found a fix you could hide the error by setting 'error reporting' = none in the global configuration.

- Was this error ever addressed, I am receiving it vi jomsocial, tachyon template, Joomla, gantry all latest versions.

- Weird I am running Joomla 2.5.8. Tachyon 1.6.9, Jomsocial 2.6.2, and gantry reports it is up to date in the template manager with Gantry v3.2.22,.
  
  On the gantry site is reports that version 4.1.5 is the latest version, is it safe to upgrade an older template with a newer version Gantry?
