  • SOLVED View not found [Name, Typ, Prefix]: gantry, html

    • Hi,

      I am running Joomla 3.0 with the Metropolis template, it was all working fine till now.

      I can not edit the metropolis template anymore, there is an issue with gantry. I get the error message:

      View not found [Name, Typ, Prefix]: gantry, html, gantr

      This came up all of a sudden, it was working before. Since then what I have done is installing K2 and Akeeba backup, no other modules or plugins have been installed since then.

      I was searching in the forum, but could not find a solution to this problem. Please can someone help with this issue, I urgently need to change the template behaviour.

    • Its the K2 v 2.6.1 & 2.6.2 system plugin that is causing this. A ticket is already created and the dev team is addressing the issue.
      In the meantime turn the plugin OFF when you want to access the template.

      brilliant, you are a star it works with the plugin deactivated. Can you tell me how I will know when the Dev Team has solved the issue? Will there be a message somewhere here on Rockettheme or will it be an update of the Template?

      Joomla 3 updated with gantry 4.1.4: Failure "View not found" has gone, but new :
      " php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known" by deactivating k2 plugins!
      "Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined"

    • Hi, for some reason I am now facing the same issue. I don't use K2 so I can't see any system plugin, but I did install Akeeba recently. Could this be caused by Akeeba as well in addition to K2?

      Yes, if you check the Akeeba downloads page there is a new version that addresses this issue.
