I think you have unbalanced HTML tags somewhere - Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

I really didn't want to be using your modified index.php - But now there are other issues... Are you using a CDN because I just unpublished everything in showcase position and they're all still showing in frontend - please can you disable the CDN and clear it's cache.
