I do not think the server slowness is a technical response.
If you notice have a joomla the main root of my site that works with normal speed . ( www.centoeoitenta.com.br )
If my server has all the requirements to use the Gantry 5,
why not work?
what are the necessary settings to run the joomla with Gantry 5 ?

The link I gave your makes suggestion what adjustments can be made to your server - you need to share this with your hosting company to see if they can help you.
May I suggest that you try installing yourself a local copy of Callisto using WAMP or XAMPP or MAMP to satisfy yourself that the rocketlauncher does indeed work. Better still, if you have access to a different hosting server could you try it on that too?
We are very confident that this will be a server environmental issue rather than Gantry 5 or Callisto template. We already have many, many, users of Gantry 5 and Callisto working without issue.
