SOLVED Copying "Grid Promo Gallery" Particles from Antares template

Hi RT Forum,
as I have already summerized in the long title, I am trying to insert "Grid Promo Gallery" in Hydrogen template but I received this error message when I try to recompile CSS.
The particle seems to be added ad usable but it is not visible on front-end.
"500 Internal Server Error
Oops, expecting color: failed at `@return mix(black, $color, $percent);` /var/www/clients/client1/web54/web/media/gantry5/engines/nucleus/scss/vendor/bourbon/functions/_tint-shade.scss on line 8."

First check your did all the steps in my tutorial - it looks like you have not imported dependencies.
If you want to know how to copy a Gantry 5 particle from one template to another please read my tutorial here in Gantry 5 Official Documentation here .

Hi MrT,
I was reading and following your Tutorial when I stoped on point 8: Go to the base outline styles tab and click on Recompile CSS.
/web/templates/g5_hydrogen/custom/particles/gridpromogallery.html.twig
/web/templates/g5_hydrogen/custom/particles/gridpromogallery.yaml
/web/templates/g5_hydrogen/custom/scss/_gridpromogallery.scss
There where non JF files with the same name, I supposed these
/web/templates/g5_hydrogen/custom/js/popupgrid.full.js
/web/templates/g5_hydrogen/custom/js/popupgrid.js
I have added
/web/templates/g5_hydrogen/custom/scss/custom.scss
custom.scss
@import "dependencies";
@import "gridpromogallery";
Thats all

Errr? so are you ok now? if not Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you. Also, Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.

I tried copying the accordian particle from Photon to Xenon and I get
Error while rendering particle.
On the page
In my custom.scss the first two lines are:
@import "dependencies"; @import "accordion";
The _accordion.scss file is in the folder
rt_xenon/custom/scss
I followed the instructions from the Gantry documentation but I think I missed something.
Site is on a localhost

- It might not be my transferring of particles cause whatever is causing the rendering is affection the Pricing Table particle too.

I can't log into joomla admin with those credentials (it says "authentication failed") - cehck that you don't have any geoblocking or ip whitelisting in place.
