    • Can someone point me in the direction of some documentation for the sort of grid system being used in Gantry 5? Thanks.

    • Where can I find a way to use the raw code instead of creating a ton of modules/particles?

For instance, I want to use the grid system to modify this form:
      inventusnetmarketing.com/website-design-quote

I want to get some of the input side by side, instead of up and down, and I'd like to use a compatible Gantry/Bootsrap grid system to do so.

      Thanks.

Your approach to this won't work for too many reasons. The simplest way to resolve this is to use RSForms to create the form as that site did.

    • I actually did it using bootstrap. Took me a little research but it worked out. I used the span and fluid classes to put the information side by side and it works good for responsiveness. I used to use yootheme a lot but their templates have gotten so repetitive I'm using rockettheme now. Learning a lot a and getting used to customizing things. Do you know if some of these templates are going to the newer version of bootstrap?

It's not us - we have to wait till Joomla decides to use Bootstrap 3.

    • We currently use our own grid system in our Gantry 5 templates and our core styling code packaged with Gantry 5 is called Nucleus, which is also custom devloped by RocketTheme.... it is loaded as an "Engine" in Gantry 5 which also supports loading any other Engine you'd like, such as Bootstrap. It's easy enough to load Bootstrap though if you'd like through the Page Settings tab and as Dan mentioned Joomla uses a bit of Bootstrap already so some classes are already loaded.

We also include some styles for basic custom grids within your content... using FlexBox :)

      www.rockettheme.com/docs/joomla/basic/cr...tom-responsive-grids
(skip the first couple boxes of code and scroll down the the blue box... use the code after that ;)

I'm going to mark this solved.
