SOLVED How to update gantry

I have a joomla site that has gantry 4.1.25 with the standard template and Joomla 3.3.4 I am wanting to update to latest versions of both. Wht order should it be done in. I cannot find how to update the gantry framework of template. Are the upgrades available to download somewhere?

Hi there,
If you go to admin > extensions > manage > update and then clear cache and then click on Find Updates you should see a list of available updates, including Gantry.
As with all updates, the wise will take a backup just in case anything goes wrong.

- That is what I had expected to see but no updates are showing at all. I have cleared cache and deleted expired cache and still "There are no updates available at the moment". If I can update Joomla first I will do that and maybe that will help the updates to show up.

- The site updated to Joomla 3.5.1 with no problems, when I went back into extension manager updates there was an update for weblinks extension and a message at the top that some updates were disabled. When I clicked on the link to the update sites manager, I found that the rocket theme updates were disabled. After enabling them, the updates appeared. I guess I have never noticed the update sites menu item at the bottom. All updated now.
