SOLVED Assignments Not Working Again

I installed Callisto on my personal website (aneelaranha.com) and after a few problems with the assignments I got it working.
I am, however, facing the same problem with a new installation (hsiweb.org). I have two templates: Callisto-Home (where I have laid out the content I want on my Home Page) and Callisto-Default (which is for my content pages).
If I set Callisto-Home as the DEFAULT template, I get the Home Page content on ALL pages, and if I set Callisto-Default as the DEFAULT template I don't get anything on my Home Page.
I have set the assignments correctly for both templates (I think), so what am I doing wrong? I have spent hours trying to fix this so I wouldn't have to trouble anybody, but I am not getting anywhere.

Are you using the Assignments tab on your Gantry 5 Dashboard? That's what you want... don't confuse it with the Assignments in your Template Manager...
Default shouldn't be assigned to anything
Home should be Assigned to Menu > Home on your Gantry 5 Assignments tab for the Home Outline.
Clear all Joomla System Caches after making an assignment - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

- Thanks for your response. Yes, I'm using the Assignments on my Gantry Dashboard. I have followed what you said, but it still isn't working. My home page doesn't show the elements I have set in the layout. Can you please take a look and see what I am doing wrong, and let me know what I am doing wrong because this is driving me crazy. It will probably take you less than a minute to work out but I've spent hours trying to fix it.

- I'm not sure exactly what's going on... try disabling every Non-RocketTheme plugin, testing after each one, to see if perhaps there's a conflict... looks set up correct to me though

- Thank you for the tip. It was the Advanced Module Manage from Regular Labs that seems to have caused the conflict. The moment that was disabled the problem disappeared. Given that this is such a popular plug-in, however, I am surprised there has been no other reports about this. Thanks Matt. Appreciate your help.

If a thread is solved please edit your *original/first* post and place "[SOLVED]" (no quotes; but you do need the brackets) at the beginning of your post title. Changing the post icon to the Solved Checkmark is helpful too.
