SOLVED Framework update destroyed site - twig errors
Posted 8 years 8 months ago
Hi all
Just updated to the latest Gantry Framework and now get Twig errors whenever I click on a link. Is there a way to roll back or do I have to restore the entire site!
www.abc-events.co.uk
An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("parse error: gantry-theme://scss/custom.scss on line 1") in "@nucleus/page_head.html.twig" at line 18.

No, that says the problem in with your custom.scss
My guess is that the custom.scss has not been saved as utf-8 plain text.
do this:
1. in the custom.scss you are editing locally copy the text to clipboard.
2. go to template manager > templates - and click on the template your are using "files and folders" locate the custom.scss and I'll bet when you open it it looks completely empty... paste in the text from the clipboard and SAVE.
3. recompile CSS from base outline.
Hopefully that should fix it.
if not, Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.
Regards, Mark.
