SOLVED G5 Image Icon Doesn't Work

  • SOLVED G5 Image Icon Doesn't Work

    Posted 8 years 6 months ago
    • Getting the following error:
      500 Internal Server Error
      SplFileInfo::getPerms() stat failed for /home/public_html_images/xyz.jpg

      It happens for any G5 templates I have installed. I've reinstalled G5 but no luck.
      Problem sprang up after moving website from shared to vps.

      Happens for any image icon button (see example below).

    • it appears to be looking in the wrong location? Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you. Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.

      It could be your .htaccess or perhaps you have not cleared server cache after the move?

      Regards, Mark.

    • Thanks Mark-

      I figured it out . . . it was related to some htaccess that should have been wiped out during the upg process.

      Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
