    • Hi,
      I am using grantry for the first time. I installed the photon template.
      My problem is when I clic on an article on my home page it opens inside the home page layout instead to use the defaut layout where there is only my top menu. To solve this I have had a link menu on that article and it opens as I whish. But I can not stand with links on my menu.
      I unsderstabt it is difiicult to explain so clic on voeux 2017 and it opens rignt but youcan see the link in the menu. Clc on Noël it opens in the home page. Could you help me with this.

    • This is normal Joomla behaviour for "orphaned" or "menuless" articles. To get around this use the hidden-menu technique.

      Create a MENU called "hidden" (no need to create a module to place it anywhere). In the hidden menu, create a MENU ITEM for each of the orphaned articles (single article type) and make sure these menu items are published. Now the hidden menu won't appear on any of your pages, but, the articles will now open in their own page. You can also use the same technique and create a hidden category blog menu item to pick up multiple articles too, thus saving having to create a hidden menu item for every article.

    • Hi and thank you. It worked for each of the orphaned articles. But it didn't work when I create a hidden category blog menu item to pick up vedettes articles. I try a menu with articles "non catégorisés" without a category and then all my articles vedettes appeared on my front page as well when I create a new article.
      So this is solved for me.
