      I'm having a weird problem I hope you can help with. I'm using helium together with hikashop. Everything works fine except that people can't register. I changed to Protostar and no problem with registration

      I tried turning off recaptcha but that made no difference. I'd be grateful if someone could take a look and see if you can spot the problem. The site [url=http://tibet-house.ch.194.150.248.56.dev-url.ch/online-shop/user/register

    • Lots of views but no suggestions :-(

      So I struggled on.

      I eventuelly installed Hdrogen as a template and assigned that - again, registration worked.
      Then I reinstalled helium ( something I had already done a couple of times) and now the registration works there too.:-)

      So whatever the problem was that blocked registration, it's now gone away - presumably some minor upload corruption.
