This is because we haven't updated the demo's to the latest versions of the template. It's all actually fixed a long time ago and the rocketlauncher package and standalone template package are all fine.
So it sounds like you haven't updated template to latest version either?

I have a template version 1.7
The problem with the menu appeared in the Edge browser along with the appearance of Windows 10. I was told that nothing could be fixed.
But everything worked fine in other browsers.
After updating the gantry 4.1.33 - there were problems with the modules. Problems with the menu appeared in the IE browser.
Now my club subscription is over. But even when it was valid, the problem was not eliminated. Now the problem has become even greater
Very unpleasant situation when I have a license to use the template, but the template itself does not work correctly.
PS. Update to 1.8 does not fix the situation with this template - this update fixes other issues

Ok I fixed for you with some custom CSS (IE specific). It's on 4.1.33 now and working.

I hate IE - it's the worst browser ever!
Ok it's a lot better now but it's virtually impossible to make all browser look identical because IE does obey the rules correctly and IE Edge masquerades as other browsers so it's hard to detect it.
It's about the best I can do now.
