SOLVED Mobile menus and header display problems on all Gantry 5 sites on iPhones

I've got multiple sites with various Gantry 5 templates that are having issues showing the mobile menu (and messing up the header layout). This doesn't show up when using the mobile view options on Chrome Inspector, but the issue shows up on iPhones.
Sample sites:
www.tamarindomuscletherapy.com
harlowbeautyaz.com
www.theoakstamarindo.com
These are all different Rockettheme themes, but are all based on Gantry5.
The mobile menus do not show when viewing on an iPhone and some of the header images, etc, are not working.
Please advise. Adding login info for one site in the secure tab.

Posted 7 years 6 months ago- If you have custom.scss file rename that file to say custom_backup.scss and see if it works then, if so then you have issues in your custom code.
- Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

Posted 7 years 6 months ago- Chaddo, I just checked the one site in chrome canary - desktop and scaled it down. There is no menu there either.

I believe I found the issue.
Up until the latest Gantry 5 update, I was able to use WP-Rocket with the javascript minification settings with no problems. After the latest update, using the WP-Rocket minification of JS files creates this issue.
Since it worked correctly before, I'm wondering if this is an issue with Gantry 5 that can be addressed, now that we know what triggers the issue. It'd be optimal to be able to minify JS files in the future on these themes.
Is there a way to submit this issue efficiently to the Gantry 5 team?
