I just whent to the CPanel to turn the ModSecurity OFF.
Please tell me that ... That was causing the bug

Yep that was it because it's now working. You do want mod_Security on though, you just want to allow the ajax call that Gantry 4 is making (you can get these from the security log which reports the blocks) - so you need to get your host to change the security rules.

I gave you that already 16M is sufficient.
