I cannot login to RocketTheme via the backend of one of my websites? I have cleared the cache etc but the RocketTheme pop up for me to login stays blank, see attached screenshot.

Uninstall rokupdater as it is no longer required.

Thanks Mark for your speedy reply. I removed it but get this message, see screenshot.
I'm trying to update from Joomla! 3.8.12 to 3.9.1. The above message says RockSproket and RockCommon issues! Should I just leave it and first try the Joomla installation or is this a Template thing. I've just updated the template from Epsilon v1.8 to 1.9, cleared cache and tried again but keep getting the error as in screenshot?

Go to the extensions page of our site and click on the rokgallery or roksprocket tile. Then download rokcommon 3.2.6 from there and install in extensions manager > install. After that you will be able to update roksprocket and/or rokgallery as normal.
