Hi I purchased a theme from you a while back and am re-building the site. I get the authentication box come up but when I put in my credentials all i get is " A communication error occured communicating with the RocketTheme update server. Please try again later"
Please can you sort this out.
And before you tell me my membership has lapsed I should still be able to authenticate a prurchase.. Surely ? -
