I did backup the live website with Akeeba and installed this backup into a subdomain. And there I get this error:

You appear to be using a third-party template called "GTiShop" from "RcaTheme.com". I believe that error is coming from the theme if you track back in the stack frames. Therefore could you please contact the developer of that extension as RT does not provide support for third-party products. If they believe the error is with Gantry 5 please ask them to provide details that substantiate that.

Ok, please let us know the outcome.
If your issue is now solved, please EDIT your FIRST POST in this thread by adding [SOLVED] at the start of the title and then select the TICK icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.
