SOLVED Rocketlauncher won't connect database

I've used Rocketlauncher (RL) many times and have never had this problem. I type the information for the database on Page 2, but it won't connect. The error message reads "An error occurred while trying to create the database un_dbname.
The user may not have enough privileges to create a database. The required database may need to be created separately before you can install Joomla!"
I've tried...- Re-downloading RL (for Fluent template)
- Deleting all files on the server and starting over
- Deleting DB and DBuser and starting over
I've double, triple, quadruple-checked all fields. I'm at a loss and need some help.

Maybe this is a clue into why it wasn't working for me...
