    • Well, you're right. It seems that product is not compatible with Gantry. It seems to fundamentally change the structure of the HTML and perhaps that is something to do with it. I did try a local gantry installation and completely disabled the menu in that and that gave no JS error at all, so I am confident that it's the interaction with your third-party product that's the issue here.

      Regretably RT does not support third-party products (or their compatibility) so I am afraid there is not a lot I can do about this.
