SOLVED Gantry 5 Template Error

Hello, friends. I am experiencing an error when I try to go in to make template layout changes. I am on Joomla 3.9.28 and Gantry 5. The theme I am using is Callistro but the error is not isolated to that theme only.
Here is the error:
Whoops\Exception\ErrorException
…/classes/Gantry/Admin/Controller/Html/Configurations.php227
Any help would be appreciated.
