SOLVED Pre-Update Check for Joomla 3.10.1 - No Compatibility Information

I standardized on Gantry several years ago so this question will apply to all of my client Joomla websites.
I see that Hydrogen and Gantry 5 are listed under the "No Update Required" section in the Pre-Update Check for Joomla 3.10.x. I am 'assuming' that the Helium template is also compatible. Looking at the Joomla Templates Compatibility Matrix on Rockettheme, it currently does not show any template compatible with 3.10.x.
However, under the Update Information Unavailable, it shows these three add-ons:
RokNavMenu Module 2.0.9 No Compatibility Information No Compatibility Information
RokCommon Package Package 3.2.9 No Compatibility Information No Compatibility Information
RokSprocket Package Package 2.1.28 No Compatibility Information No Compatibility Information
Since these are 'part' of RocketTheme development, are they compatible with Joomla 3.10.x? - Just another old hacker!

RT extensions work with J3.10.1 - clear your "update" cache in extensions manager > update and then update to J3.10.1 as J3.10.0 has a bug that reports wrong information.
