Good morning,
Few question :
1/ Is it possible to control the order of the layout on tablet or mobile screen? For example I have on mobile my aside section witch appears before my "mainbar" "page content"...I would like the mainbar appear in firts on mobile...
2/ Any possibility to use an html editor (JCE, Tiny etc...) in the Gantry Joomla module ?

Yes and no.
Normally left to right content collapses to 100% width top to bottom on mobile viewport. If you want to change this order then you actually have to duplicate the content on your layout and put the duplicate in a different location. Then you give the original a class of "hidden-phone" and the new one a class of "visible-phone" https://docs.gantry.org/gantry5/tutorials/utility-classes .
No, there is not possibility to use editors in the customhtml particle. It's a long requested feature but we simply don't have the time to add this feature.

You cannot duplicate on the same outline. But you can use "clone" inheritance in a different outline. To learn more

Why outline?
I expected to just duplicate manualy my "module position" in layout then apply your css instruction ("hidden-phone" and the new one a class of "visible-phone")?

Where is your "module position" - it's on an "outline" right? For a "module position" there is no big effort in manually duplicating that module position on the layout. However, if it were another particle (say a Gallery) then there would be hugh effort in duplicating it manually. You cannot duplicate a particle on the same outline, but what you can do is create another outline, and use gantry 5 inheritance to "clone" that particle to that other outline, then you can "clone" a copy of that back to the same outline you originallly had, thereby achieving "duplication" on the same outline and saving a lot of effort in recreating all the content.
So basically I was answering your question about whether the duplication has to be manual.
