Hello
On one of my sites which uses Gantry 5 and the Helium template (both current versions as of Feb 2022). I get an error message when I view article pages after logging in to the website as registered.
From what I can tell there is no access restriction to the content. I can view the content fine, but just the Error Notification.
Error

While logged in if I visit a different page and then come back to the page where error was it is now gone and does to re-appear until I logout and the log back in again.
It is very odd!

Ok... lots's going on and not right here.
1. When you login you have told the login form to redirect to the admin profile menu item. This is where the error messages is coming from...
2. When you login because Joomla can't comply with that it uses the "default" menu item (your home page)...
3. Your home page uses the outline called "home" - it did not have a "system messages" particle anywhere on the layout so you don't see the error message that joomla generate...
4. Then, the first page that you navigate to after that that DOES have a "system messages" particle on the layout will then show the error message...
So the error is not because you navigated to "about" (where the error message was shown) it's because the redirect after login could not comply with the request to go to "admin profile" menu item.
5. I added as "system messages" particle on the "home" outline - so you at least see the message.
6. I temporarily change the login redirect to "home" instead and then everything works fine, no error.
so... why does redirecting to "admin profile" menu item as a manager give the error?
7. well, if you manually go to "membership > profile" in the menu you get your answer. "You haven't subscribed for any subscription plan yet, so you cannot not access this page at this time" - presumably this is down to not configuring your membership Pro extension correctly.
So, complicated, but hopefully you understand why now.
Regards, Mark.
p.s. you had not turned off "jch_optimize" and cleared cache as I requested so I did that - always do this before asking for help in the forum.

I just noticed... Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.
Had I seen this before I would not have spent so long on diagnosing that for you... we really need to give our paying membership our time - I hope tha tyou understand.
Regards, Mark.
