It's a bit of a head scratcher this one. But... You are getting JS errors in the console (looks like they might be to do with that compressor/optimizer). Any JS error can break other JS too and I suspect this is what is breaking the mobile menu JS. So, you need to resolve those consoles errors first - then we can look in to the mobile menu issue after that (if it still happens). The weird thing is that it only happens on the Iphone (not when you emulate an Iphone).

Hi Mark
Looks like I might have found the culptit.
It was not the combined CSS that was causing the issue but the combined JS in SG-optimiser. The moment I switched off the Combined JS the menu on iPhone worked.
I have mentioned this to the Siteground team for SG Optimiser as they have options to exclude only certain plugin JS and not specific files. Hopefully they can add better option in an update.
