SOLVED Lightbox Conflict

The issue only seems to popup on the gantry 5 framework. With Isis and Prostar the below issue does not happen.
When I go to a lightbox I get a double box AND the content is spread really wide requiring a scroll bar.
With the other templates it shows fine.
