I used this tutorial to integrate on my homepage Roksprocket STRIPS contents in Roksproket TABS and It works fine.

But the problem is that my submenus are displayed under my Roksproket content. How can I solve that ?

Use this code...
To create a custom CSS compatible with Gantry 5 please read this http://docs.gantry.org/gantry5/tutorials/adding-a-custom-style-sheet .#g-navigation { z-index: 3; }
Remember to recompile CSS from base outline too.

That was a solution to your particular issue with your particular modules - the normal z-index is fine for other things.
