SOLVED custom.scss is compiling but not showing

Hello,
I haven't had this problem before as it usually resolves itself after clearing all caches etc but this time it won't go away. I am trying to implement this custom.scss file on a new site I'm building:
lottsfarm.co.uk/templates/rt_xenon/custom/scss/custom.scss
but whatever I seem to try, these first two changes aren't being implemented. Do you have any idea why this may be? It is being compiled as can be seen in this file:
lottsfarm.co.uk/templates/rt_xenon/custo...-compiled/custom.css

Yes because you comments are valid in a scss file... the should be /* xxxx */ and not *** xxxx ***.
