Can't Reorder Items in Particles

All Running the Gantry 5.3.6
All Joomla 3.6.4
I've tested this issue on Microsoft Edge, Firfox and Chrome.
I've noticed this on Xenon, Citadel and Requiem templates.
I can not reorder the items. I've tried it on the Flexislider in Xenon and Info Lists in Citadel Grid Stastic in Requiem.
I have cleared my browser cache. My site cache.
The icon changes, but nothing moves.

Please post your URL, Username and Password in Secure Tab and i will take a look and maybe figure out what the problem is.

- This is the case on 4 different sites. All with Gantry all with Joomla 3.6.4.

- So, I played around with Gantry 5 on Joomla 3.6.3 and there was not the issue. It's got to be with the updating of 3.6.4

Works fine for me on 3.6.4 see the flex slider on your frontpage ... i changed the order of the slides added We've Moved to be the first!
Did you tried in Private tab doing this in your browser? - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!
