hidden-desktop class broken in Gantry 5.4.21 in Citadel

- I am having trouble with hidden-desktop class displaying in Desktop. Attached is a image of the mobile version of a module showing up on desktop. I have tried Saving Styles and recompiling CSS in case this was a Gantry update issue. I have tried this in multiple positions and can get hidden-desktop to work. Thanks in advance for your assistance with this.

- Please configure it on a test page then or somewhere else we can look at it/inspect the front end code without disturbing the live site. Logging into your admin should always be a last resort and if we have to go back and forth on this a couple times needing to log in every time and do, then un-do, something on a live page that will also end up costing extra time. Thanks for understanding.
