Change an outline

Hi,
I am trying to change the base outline of the template Citadel but I get stuck.
The goal is to use Footer A and Footer B as designed in the outline Home-Positions but how do I do that?

Ok that's done for you. All I did was add the extra position and made sure all other settings were the same. Then I change the home outline to inherit from the revised base outline for the footer section.
btw your Joomla version is way out of date and you should update ASAP as their are important security updates.
