Embedding a external HTML file into a particle

- I'm working on a bootstrap 4 front page design with a code editor and was wondering if there is a way to somehow embed the HTML page I'm working on into a particle. I like to be able to make changes while working on the HTML page and have it change in the partical in realtime instead of making the changes and having to copy and paste into the custom HTML particle. This is especially tedious when making little changes in the code editor and having to go back and forth to see how gantry displays it.

No. Either use an article (component output in page content particle) or a particle that can read joomla article content as it's datasource (e.g. contentarray).
