Why Roksproket doesn't work correctly in my site?

Hi, I have this issue with this mosaic, before It worked fine but now is not working anymore, it doesn't work in any navigator, can you help me?

Have you change PHP version?
1. Your chimera version is way out of date on v1.6 - latest is v1.10 so you do need to update that.
2. Your Gantry 4 version is out of date on v4.1.33 - so you need to update to latest v4.1.43
3. Make sure that rokcommon and roksprocket are on latest versions too.
4. Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.
If still no good after that, Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.
