System Messages not closing in Joomla 4 fix

You may be using Joomla 4 with an RT template and finding that the system messages container will not close by clicking on the "X"...
Joomla 4 altered the way the system messages container works. This requires a small change to the /templates/TEMPLATENAME/html/layouts/messages.php. This has been done for the Helium template but the RT templates have yet to have this change made. In the mean time, you can copy the messages.php from Helium or make the change shown in the screenshot below.
