Urgent help needed

i have no idea whats going on, everything has been working great up until about 5 mins ago. first time you go to my site you get the errors (see attached screenshots)
also for some reason even though they were showing a minute ago, the polls module and members module have disapeared from the right and i cant get them back even though they are published.
im at a total loss.

- false alarm guys, so sorry. turns out the error was caused by me turning off all items in the main menu
