Can i include a menu from one site in a different template?

so lets say i like the a certain menu in one of the templates...is there a way to incorporate that menu functionality and style into a different one?
if so, how would i go about doing it? i assume i would have to download the menu module then somehow load a theme in and choose it when setting up the menu module.

The only standalone menu RT has is the RokNavMenu.

Adding a standalone menu is different than moving a menu from one template to another as they are usually hard coded into a specific template and not really 'movable'.

that is the standalone i installed.
i just wanted to combine 2 templates ... like the style of one with the menu of one of the new sites.
is it easy to style the standalone roknavmenu?

- also, i am having trouble with the drop down menu options showing up...they are behind the picture header below and i need them to overlap
