- Hello, im new to the world of joomla, Im wondering if i can put up 2 joomla sites with the iridium theme. one online and one offline so that our web designer can work on: what can you recommend to do? thanks much help appreciated, thanks

Hello!
you have 2 option
could use XAMPP or something like it on your computer
or
create a new folder dev install it on that folder
edit robot txt to not index that folder

If your developer is working on the site locally, once it's finished, it'll have to be moved as there is no real easy way to sync two installs.
When you are ready to move the site you can use Akeeba backup.

Also note many of us use XAMPP, not WAMP.
